    I was shocked by the lack of basic amenities. I expected a lovely welcome gift, but they were too busy charging for every little thing, like water. Breakfast in a dreary basement was disgraceful, and the coffee machine was non-functional at times. Fine views? Not when you're treated like just another face in the crowd.

    i was travelling to istanbul for cruise. my superior king room was equipped with an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment. the decor was nice and the staff were hospitable. the location was magnificent, for example, yenikapi mevlevihanesi was not too far from the hotel.

    Ope, let me tell ya, this place was a delight! From the warm welcome juice to the daily check-ins, it felt special every day. Abdullah and Talha were like the best pals, helping us plan all the must-see places. The cozy rooms made resting easy after our adventures. Oh, and don't forget the breakfast spread!

    I've used the restaurant only for dinner. food is good and staff couldn't be nicer and more attentive. It is well connected, close to the tourist area by subway although, is not in the center In 15 minutes you can reach Santa Sofia
